I've been with the LAXPD for three years, and I love the fact that each day is totally different from the day before. The great thing about working at the airport is that you meet people from all over the world. You make a lot of good contacts. And it's incredible to realize that you're the first connection that some people have to this country.

This job can be stressful at times, depending on the situation you're dealing with, but when you're well trained, you're not prone to be stressed out.

One of the good things about my job is that I get along very well with my co-workers. I really enjoy working with them, which is important because we have to be able to function as a team.
