I’ve been training as a LAXPD officer for the past five months, and I love working at the airport. I love all the people here... their different backgrounds. I enjoy talking to people and getting to know them. I find it rewarding, especially when I’m able to help them out.

The great thing about this job is that it’s different every single day. And you have to be able to go from one extreme to the other like a flip of the switch because sometimes a good situation can turn bad very quickly. It’s good to know you have co-workers there to back you up. The bond we share is as close as family.
